InstantQuote Service Agreement
Effective Date: the date the Client accepts this Agreement at an Elev8 Operations LLC checkout and pays.
Go-Live Date: the day the Client's quote page is live and the first test quote has been sent (set in writing by the Agency).
This InstantQuote Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Elev8 Operations LLC ("Agency") and the client who accepts it ("Client"). The InstantQuote software is built, hosted and supported by Grey Shore Systems LLC ("Provider") on behalf of the Agency.
1. InstantQuote services
Client agrees to hire Elev8 Operations LLC to provide InstantQuote, an instant quoting service for the Client's business, delivered by the Provider.
- A quote page for the Client's business at quotein60.com, where customers answer a few questions and receive a price built from the Client's own rates
- A button or embed for the Client's existing website that opens the quote page
- An alert to the Client for every quote, with the price, the math behind it, and a Send button
- The quote email, sent to the customer from the Client's own business email with a booking next step
- One automatic follow-up to each customer who has not replied
- A nightly recap of leads, quotes and what is still waiting on the Client
- Setup: a recorded setup call, the Client's rates entered and checked against the Client's past quotes, a test quote before launch
- Hosting, monitoring and support for the service period
Setup is included in every plan. There is no setup fee and no add-on charges. Meta advertising, Google advertising and any other Agency service are separate agreements.
2. Plan and payment authorization
Client selects one plan. Every plan includes the same service and setup; the plans differ only in term and price. The price of the selected plan is the amount shown at the Elev8 Operations LLC checkout or on the invoice the Client pays.
| Plan | Term | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | 30 days from the Go-Live Date, then each 30-day period | First period due in full upfront; each following period charged automatically at the same Monthly price unless cancelled before it begins |
| Season | 90 days from the Go-Live Date | Due in full upfront; does not renew automatically |
| Year | 12 months from the Go-Live Date | Due in full upfront; does not renew automatically |
Plan selected: the plan named at checkout or on the invoice. Paying selects the plan and its term.
By paying, Client expressly agrees to purchase InstantQuote from Elev8 Operations LLC and authorizes the Agency to charge the payment method/card provided by Client for the selected plan. On the Monthly plan, Client authorizes the Agency to charge the same Monthly price for each additional 30-day period until Client cancels.
A Monthly client who moves to Season or Year within 30 days of a Monthly payment has that payment credited toward the new plan.
Client acknowledges that these charges are for the InstantQuote service and voluntarily authorizes the transactions for any active service period.
3. Term start, renewal and cancellation
Every term starts on the Go-Live Date, not the payment date. Setup time before go-live does not count against the Client's term.
Refunds before go-live: if Client cancels before the Go-Live Date, the Agency refunds the plan payment in full. After the Go-Live Date, payments are not refundable.
Monthly: Client may cancel at any time by notice to the Agency. Cancellation stops future 30-day periods but does not refund the current period.
Season and Year: the Agency notifies Client 14 days before the term ends. If Client renews, the first renewal is at the original plan price; renewals after that are at the then-current price. If Client does not renew, the service ends on the last day of the term and the offboarding steps in Section 12 apply.
Returning clients: the Agency keeps the Client's pricing setup for 12 months after the service ends. A Client who returns within that time goes live again without a new setup call.
4. What the Client provides
The service only works with the Client's real numbers. Client agrees to:
- Attend one recorded setup call of about 60 minutes
- Give the Agency and Provider the Client's actual rates, extras, minimums, travel limits and any sales tax the Client charges
- Provide 5 to 10 recent real quotes (job, scope, price charged) so the pricing can be checked before launch
- Provide a logo, any photos to show on the quote page, and the sentence the Client wants customers to read about the business
- Connect the Client's business email as described in Section 5
- Give access to place the quote button on the Client's website, or place it from the instructions provided
- Tell the Agency about any price change; prices are updated on the Client's word and confirmed back
- Act on quote alerts promptly; in Approve mode, a quote only reaches the customer when the Client taps Send
Client is responsible for the accuracy of the rates provided and for honoring any quote the Client approves or allows to send.
5. Email connection and sending authorization
Quotes and follow-ups are sent from the Client's own business email so customers see them as coming from the Client. Client authorizes the Provider to connect that email account with send-only permission. The connection cannot read the Client's inbox.
Client authorizes quote emails, follow-up emails and quote alerts to be sent from that account in the Client's name, in the form reviewed with the Client at setup. The connection is revocable by the Client at any time from the Client's Google account settings, and is revoked by the Provider when the service ends.
6. Quotes, prices and send modes
Every price is calculated from the Client's own rates. The Agency and Provider do not set, change or negotiate the Client's prices.
Approve mode (every new client starts here): each quote is sent to the Client for review. The Client may send it as is, change the price, or decline to send it. Nothing reaches the customer until the Client taps Send.
Automatic mode: at the Client's written request (a text message is enough), fully priced quotes are sent to the customer without the Client's tap. Quotes shown as "starts at", quotes missing a price, and quotes the Client has flagged still wait for the Client. The Client may switch back to Approve mode at any time by the same notice.
Some services cannot be priced without seeing the job. For those, the customer sees a "starts at" price or a range, and the quote states that the final price is confirmed by the Client.
Each quote is the Client's offer to the customer. The Agency and Provider are not party to any job, contract or payment between the Client and the customer.
7. Ownership of the software and setup
InstantQuote, including the quote pages, pricing engine, email and alert templates, forms, demos and the quotein60.com domain, is owned by Grey Shore Systems LLC. Client receives the right to use the service for the active service period only. Client does not receive ownership of the software, the Client's quote page, or any configuration built for the Client, and may not copy, resell or build a competing product from it.
The Client's own materials stay the Client's: the Client's business name, logo, photos, rates and any content the Client supplies.
8. Client data and leads
Leads and quotes generated for the Client belong to the Client. On request during the service period or within 30 days after it ends, the Agency provides an export of the Client's leads within 5 business days.
The Provider stores Client and customer data on hosted services and uses it only to deliver the service. Customer data is never sold.
The Provider may use anonymized, aggregated data (for example, average quote times across all clients) to improve the product. The Client's name, business name and specific results are used in marketing only with the Client's written permission.
Permission to describe the Client's results in marketing, with the Client's name withheld, is asked separately and is never a condition of service.
9. No guarantee of results
The Agency and Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver accurate quotes from the Client's rates and to keep the service running; however, results cannot be guaranteed.
Client acknowledges that bookings and revenue depend on factors including the Client's pricing, market, competition, advertising, response time, sales ability and seasonality. The Agency does not guarantee any specific number of leads, quotes, bookings, customers or amount of revenue.
10. Third-party platforms
The service relies on independent platforms the Agency and Provider do not control, including Google (email sending and drive-time estimates), Meta, hosting and database providers. The Agency and Provider are not responsible for losses resulting solely from outages, policy changes, account restrictions or other actions by those platforms.
11. Support and outages
Questions about the quote page, prices in the system, alerts or emails go to the Provider at the contact given at setup. Questions about advertising, billing or plan changes go to the Agency.
If the Client's quote page stops taking quotes or quotes stop sending, the Provider acknowledges the issue within 6 business hours (8am to 8pm Eastern, Monday to Saturday) and works to restore service within 24 to 48 hours. If an outage within the Provider's control lasts longer than 48 hours, the Client receives a credit for the days the service was down. Outages caused by the third-party platforms in Section 10 are excluded.
12. Offboarding upon cancellation or term end
On the end date, the Agency and Provider complete an offboarding process that includes:
- Sending or closing any quote still waiting on the Client, and stopping follow-up emails
- Setting the Client's quote page to a "not taking online quotes, call us" page with the Client's phone number, so the Client does not lose leads
- Removing or replacing the quote button on the Client's website and Google Business Profile where the Agency placed it, or giving the Client the steps to do so
- Revoking the email connection from Section 5
- Providing a leads export on request (Section 8)
- Keeping the Client's pricing setup for 12 months in case the Client returns (Section 3)
Client understands that after the end date the Agency and Provider are no longer responsible for quoting, alerting, following up or monitoring on the Client's behalf.
13. Client authorization
By accepting this Agreement at checkout and paying, Client confirms that:
- Client is voluntarily hiring Elev8 Operations LLC for InstantQuote, delivered by Grey Shore Systems LLC, and has had the chance to read this Agreement before paying.
- Client has selected a plan in Section 2 and understands its price and term.
- Client understands that the term starts on the Go-Live Date and that payments are refundable before go-live and not after.
- Client understands that the Monthly plan is charged for each additional 30-day period unless cancelled before the next period begins, and that Season and Year do not renew automatically.
- Client expressly authorizes Elev8 Operations LLC to charge the payment method/card provided for the selected plan.
- Client authorizes the connection of the Client's business email with send-only permission and the sending of quotes and follow-ups from it.
- Client understands that prices are calculated from the Client's own rates and that the Client is responsible for their accuracy and for honoring approved quotes.
- Client understands that the software and the Client's quote page remain the property of Grey Shore Systems LLC and do not become Client property.
- Client understands the cancellation and offboarding terms of this Agreement.
- Client has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
14. Acceptance and entire agreement
This Agreement is accepted when the Client checks the terms box and pays at the Elev8 Operations LLC checkout that links to it, or pays an Elev8 Operations LLC invoice that references it. The plan name and amount shown at checkout or on the invoice are part of this Agreement. Each version of this Agreement is dated and stays published at its own address, and the checkout records the date of acceptance. This Agreement represents the understanding between the parties regarding the InstantQuote service described above. Any modification must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
